Try "Maison Blanche" - its on Avenue Montaine. Incredible view of the Eifel Tower.
Tour d'Argent is located on Ille Saint Louis and you can't see the Eifel Tower - even if you had binoculars.

There are actually a lot of restaurants in Paris that will have the tower in the background - remember it is BIG and so is the city!

La Tour d'Argent owned by Claude Terrail, rated one star this year by the Michelin Guide. They are fanous for their Duck a l'orange, when you order their duck they give you a certificate with the number for the duck sold. A landmark restaurant.
