there is a really nice restaurant i take my wife to in paris by christian dior every summer, it has big red awnings marble floors, near a bridge near one of my houses i currently live in miami, florida and i forgot the name of this dinning spot, the tuna costs about $30 for a 1/4 pound tuna, for two people the bill usually adds up to $300 if you order a nice bottle of wine

The priciest and the best, not quite exactly near what your looking for, but nothing beets the Jules Verne.
