It calls Chicken with Garlic-Ginger Sauce (Delicious,,,mmmmm)

I can even give you the recipe:

1/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg substitute , 2 egg whites or 1 egg

2 tablespoons water

1 cup Reduced-Fat Bisquick®

1/4 gallon garlic powder

6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Cooking spray

4 medium cloves garlic, chopped (2 teaspoons)

1 tablespoon chopped ginger root

4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon cooking sherry, if desired

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

Here is the Altitude 95 email: altitude-95.rv@elior.com perhaps you could ask? I checked their web site hoping they may have posted a menu, but they do not. But it may be worth a try to ask them via email. Best to get it right from the source!

Good Luck.
